Jordan Peele's 'Us' hits theaters; expected to earn nearly $70M in opening weekend

Jordan Peele's latest film, Us, is expected to bring in nearly $70 million by the end of its first weekend in theaters.

It was initially predicted that Us would generate as much as $50 million. However, the movie grossed $27 million on its opening night alone.

Us is Peele's sophomore film and was highly anticipated after the success of his firm movie, Get Out.

Us also has 48 openings in international markets to include Germany, France, and the U.K. Many who have seen the movie have taken to social media to give their review. There seems to be mixed reactions.
