Keri Hilson fans can expect new music from her this summer.
Hilson took to Instagram to tease that that wait is over. A photo captioned with “Summer 2019” was followed by the following message:
“Today marks 10 years since the release of my first studio album, “In A Perfect World…” I didn’t mean to be gone some long, I only needed by real work to be perfect…it is now. Thank you for your patience. The wait is over. I’m ready, Summer 2019.”
Her last album, No Boys Allowed, was released in 2010 and was executively produced by Timbaland and Polow da Don. The album featured Chris Brown, Kanye West, J. Cole, and more.
Hilson did not confirm if she’s dropping a single, EP, or full-length album, so fans will definitely be in for a surprise.
